Technology · Built-for-You Apps

Software shaped to one life.
Yours.

Some software should fit like a tailored coat — around your health, your projects, your family's rhythm, your practice's one unusual workflow. We design and build private apps for one person or one team, with AI working quietly inside. Below is a real build, step by step: a daily health companion we shaped in days, refined live with its owner, and are still growing. Real, running software — shown with fictional example data.

One build, start to finish

Watch a health companion take shape.

The owner wanted one thing: stop juggling four chatbots and nine screenshots every morning. Capture food, water, sleep, training, supplements — all of life — in one calm place that simply knows.

Step 01 · The blessed design

It begins as a design, not as code.

Before a single screen exists, we agree on the soul of the thing: what it does, what it never does, and how it looks — down to a locked palette where every color has a name. The first rendered screen goes back to the owner for a brand check before anything else is built.

This app's rules: it encourages with precision, it never shames, and yesterday never contaminates today.

Step 02 · One shared brain

The whole day, on one calm screen.

A champagne ring fills as calories are logged; quiet bars track protein, carbs, fat, sodium, and water against daily targets. Every entry is date-stamped the moment it is saved, and the day ends deliberately — a press-and-hold Good Night that tucks totals into history.

Miss the ritual and fall asleep? A midnight safety net closes the day for you. Tomorrow starts clean, always.

Step 03 · Four doors, one kitchen

Log food the way the moment allows.

Type "grilled salmon, rice, broccoli" and the AI kitchen fills in the numbers — honoring your own words for portion ("palm-sized," "half the plate," "big restaurant portion") and obeying any value you state outright.

Or skip typing entirely: a real barcode scanner reads the package and pulls the manufacturer's own published nutrition in about a second, and the camera reads plates, packages, and nutrition labels — several photos of one product combined into a single, sharper answer.

Step 04 · Taught once, tapped forever

Recipes become one-tap chips.

The owner teaches the app a meal one ingredient at a time — the AI weighs each as it lands, a running total grows — and from then on the whole recipe logs with a single tap. Copy a recipe, reshape the copy, retire the ones that no longer serve.

Step 05 · Refined live, grown daily

Feedback in the morning, shipped by evening.

This is the part no off-the-shelf app can offer. "I use ounces, not milliliters." Shipped. "I need to describe restaurant portions." Shipped. "Show me what each food contributed to my day." Shipped — same day, each time, because the software belongs to its owner, not to a roadmap.

Next on this build: a screenshot drop zone that reads Oura, Renpho, and InBody captures and files every number to the right day — then Apple Health, then a morning briefing that turns all of it into a plan.

Private by design

One owner. One key. From the first line.

Health data deserves a locked door, so this app was born with one: every record is sealed to its owner at the database level — not by the app remembering to behave, but by the vault itself refusing any other key. Invisible to search engines, linked from nowhere, holding exactly what its owner chooses and nothing more.

If you do it every day, it deserves its own app.

A morning routine, a training log, a caseload, a family schedule, a practice's one stubborn workflow — if it matters daily, it can become calm, private software shaped exactly to you, often in days rather than months. We build it with you, refine it while you use it, and it keeps growing as your life does.
